You're a strong leader. You're just leading in the wrong language

We help American and German executives build the cultural fluency to lead effectively across the German-American divide — remotely, confidentially, and grounded in communication science

WHAT THIS IS

This is not generic leadership coaching. This is executive culture coaching — specifically designed for leaders navigating the German-American professional divide.

Whether you are an American executive who just inherited a German parent company, a German leader trying to build genuine credibility with an American team, or an executive preparing for a cross-border role or assignment — this coaching is built for your specific situation.

It is delivered entirely remotely, one to one, and grounded in doctoral-level communication research. Not intuition. Not generic leadership frameworks. Evidence-based coaching tailored to the exact cultural dynamics you are navigating.

WHO THIS IS FOR

The American executive with a German parent company Your German headquarters has different expectations, a different communication style, and a different definition of leadership than you were trained for. You're effective in your own context. You're losing credibility in theirs. We help you understand what's actually happening — and how to show up differently without losing yourself.

The German executive leading an American team Your leadership style works in Germany. It's landing wrong in America. Your directness reads as coldness. Your precision reads as rigidity. Your high standards read as impossible expectations. We help you adapt your approach without abandoning what makes you effective — and build genuine trust with your American team.

The executive preparing for a cross-border role You've been offered or are considering a leadership role that crosses the German-American divide. You want to walk in prepared — not spend your first year learning painful lessons about what you didn't know. We get you ready before you start.

The executive navigating a merger or acquisition Your organization just went through a transatlantic deal and you're in the room where the cultures collide. You need to build trust fast, communicate across different organizational assumptions, and lead through uncertainty in two languages — sometimes literally. We help you do that with clarity and confidence.

HOW COACHING WORKS

Structured. Evidence-based. Built around your specific situation

Step 1 — Cultural Communication Assessment Before coaching begins we assess your specific cultural communication profile — how you naturally communicate, lead, and receive feedback, and how that maps onto the German-American dynamics you're navigating. This gives us a precise starting point rather than generic advice.

Step 2 — Focused Coaching Engagement We work together in a structured six-session engagement — one session every two weeks over three months. Each session focuses on a specific real situation you are navigating — a difficult conversation, a leadership challenge, a communication breakdown, an upcoming high-stakes interaction.

You leave every session with concrete, specific approaches grounded in communication research — not general advice about being more open or direct.

Step 3 — Between-Session Support Between sessions you have access to written guidance, frameworks, and resources relevant to your specific situation. When something unexpected comes up you have a resource to draw on — not just your next scheduled session.

Step 4 — Outcome Review At the end of the engagement we review what changed, what improved, and what to continue building. You leave with a clear picture of your cultural communication strengths and a concrete plan for continued development.

WHY THIS COACHING IS DIFFERENT

Generic executive coaches bring leadership frameworks and communication models. We bring doctoral-level communication science applied to the specific cultural dynamics between German and American professional cultures.

That means the advice you receive isn't based on what usually works for leaders in general. It's based on what the research says about how German and American communication cultures actually differ — and what specifically changes behavior in each context.

Communication science ombined with deep rooting knowledge in organizational education, our coaching is also designed using adult learning principles — so the insights actually transfer into your behavior, not just your awareness.
